I was born in Luleå, a town in north of Sweden. Before I became a freelance-photographer in 2004 I were an employed photographer at a photographic-studio in Luleå for a few years. I now live and work in Umeå, Sweden. In this blog I will publish the images I capture from the world around me. I do hope you will enjoy them and you're welcome to leave a comment. I became fascinated of photography when I was a kid and started playing with my fathers camera. Later on, when I turned 16, I began to study photography at Bergnässkolans photographic-education in Luleå, and after that I was really hooked on photography. There is something truly fascinating in trying to capture the world with a camera, to freeze moments and preserve memories. InspirationThere are many photographers that has been important for me, many photographers who’s pictures I get inspiration from, some of them are: Henri Cartier-Bresson, Robert Frank, Christer Strömholm, Anders Petersen, Sally Mann, Georg Oddner, Sune Jonsson, Annie Leibovitz, Diana Arbus and not at least Richard Avedon. I am a member of The Association of Swedish Professional Photographers (SFF). I have a Degree of Bachelor of Arts with a major in Ethnology.
